Custom Items -Important Info 

Please note that the price listed is the standard price for the item.  There may be an additional cost for specific requests.  Once you purchase the item, I will reach out to you via email to do discuss the specifics of your design.  At that time I will also give you the estimated shipping date for your item.  Customs are created in a first-paid-first-done basis.

If additional costs are agreed to upon the design, an invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to the project being started.   

Included in standard pricing:

• Colors
• Decoration Method (glitter, alcohol ink, mica pigments)
• Basic designs
• Hardware

Examples of increased cost: 

• Size increases
• Bling or more extravagant add ins

If cup blank is in stock, apx turn around time is currently 2-3 weeks. 

Returns are not accepted for custom items.
