Turnaround
Your order is processed in our system within 3 business days following your purchase. Many of our items are made on demand following your purchase, so fulfillment can take anywhere from 12-20 days before you receive those items.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers and you are welcome to contact us.
Custom Items
Once you purchase the item, I will reach out to you via email to do discuss the specifics of your design. At that time I will also give you the estimated shipping date for your item. Customs are created in a first-paid-first-done basis.
If additional costs are agreed to upon the design, an invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to the project being started.
Apx turn around time is currently 3-4 weeks.
Return Policy
We are proud to provide a 30 Day guarantee on our products. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within that timeframe telling why you want a refund with proof of purchase and we will refund your money, less shipping and handling. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on any print on demand items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
